6. Appointments & Scheduling

• Booking: Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, text message, or through our online scheduling system.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts and policies will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time in your scheduled appointment window. The full session fee will still apply.

7. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at our location.
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe or other third-party payment processors. Your payment information is subject to the payment processor's terms and privacy policy.
• Package pricing, if offered, is subject to the terms communicated at the time of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and may have expiration dates.
• Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Lux Bio Therapy and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
